At the heart of this soundless generator lies the Cummins 6BTA5.9-G2 engine—a turbocharged 6-cylinder, 5.9L water-cooled diesel powerhouse known for its durability and low maintenance across industrial and commercial applications. With a prime output of 125kVA (100kW) and a standby capacity of 138kVA (110kW), this soundless generator provides ample headroom for motor starts and load fluctuations. Fuel consumption is an efficient 27 L/h at full load, with a base-frame tank supporting 8-10 hours of continuous runtime.

Industrial-grade silencer integrated directly into the exhaust system to dampen engine noise

Acoustic foam lining inside the enclosure that absorbs sound waves before they escape

Soundproof canopy construction fully enclosing the engine and alternator in a robust weather-resistant housing

Modular ventilation design that maintains efficient cooling while minimizing noise leakage

Intelligent Control and Protection

The Smartgen 6120N digital control panel comes standard, providing real-time monitoring of oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery voltage, and load percentage. Automatic shutdown protects against overcurrent (via MCCB breaker), low oil pressure, and high temperature, safeguarding both the soundless generator and any connected equipment. Optional Deep Sea controllers and automatic transfer switches (ATS) enable seamless integration with existing electrical infrastructure.

Flexible Voltage Configuration

Voltage output can be customized at order time from 110V to 660V in single-phase or three-phase configurations. Premium alternator choices include Stamford, Leroy Somer, or Marathon, with H-class insulation (rated for 180°C) and IP23 protection against moisture and dust.

Every soundless generator is manufactured in an ISO9001-certified facility, carries CE certification, and is backed by a 1-year / 1,200-hour warranty. The heavy-duty steel chassis features double-layer powder coating for corrosion resistance, anti-vibration damping feet ensure stable operation, and the high-efficiency (>99.5%) industrial fuel filter prolongs engine life. Each unit undergoes rigorous load-bank testing—including 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and 110% load checks—before leaving the factory.
