Skipping or incorrectly performing pre-commissioning steps can lead to immediate damage or void the warranty. Pre-Start Procedure: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Engine Oil Check & Fill

• Locate the engine oil filler cap/dipstick.

• Using the manufacturer-specified grade of oil (e.g., SAE 15W-40 for general use), add oil slowly. The required volume (e.g., ~1.6L) is an initial guide.

• Crucial Step: After adding, wait a minute, then check the dipstick without screwing it in. Add or drain oil until the level is between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks. Do not overfill. Securely tighten the filler cap.

Step 2: Pushing the accelerator

Push the accelerator to the "RUN" position

Step 3: Fuel System Priming and Air Bleeding

• Fill the fuel tank with clean, high-quality #2 diesel.
